What Can Be Returned

  • Wrong book delivered [oops , our bad]

  • Book damaged during shipping

  • Pages missing or print error [we won’t let you suffer with that]

  • You got a completely different edition or author than what you ordered

Note: We accept returns only for unused , unmarked , and unopened books , so please don’t scribble or highlight unless you’re sure you’re keeping it

What Can’t Be Returned

  • Change of mind after opening or using the book

  • Sale or discounted items [unless damaged or incorrect]

  • Requests after 3 days of receiving the book

  • Books damaged by the customer

Return Window

You’ve got 3 days from the day you get your book to let us know if something’s not right
No need to stress , just send us a message or email with your order details and a clear photo of the issue

Exchange or Refund?

  • If the book’s wrong or damaged , we’ll send a replacement , no extra charge

  • If the book’s out of stock , we’ll offer a full refund or let you pick another one of the same value

  • Refunds are processed in 3 to 7 working days back to your original payment method or bank account
